How The Application Process Works.

Other members of USSA will vote for you..
You must have ATLEAST 3 members vote in favor of you being a part of staff, and 1 admin vote in favour of you being part of staff. The 4 people who vote in favor of you being staff must give a reason. Anyone can vote yes or no, but they must give a reason with it.
EXAMPLE:
If Zalmon votes yes for you, you have a higher chance of being staff.
